How to Make It a Good Morning

Everyone knows some people who are natural owls and others who are larks. An owl is a person who

likes to stay up as late as possible while a lark is someone who is bright and cheery in the morning. It seems

that most middle school students fall into the owl category, but school starts every day at 8:06 whether we

give a hoot or not. There are ways to “make it a good day” for ourselves and those around us even if we might

secretly prefer the nocturnal life.

One of the best ways to ensure a successful morning is to get a good night’s sleep. . .
