This year Monroe Middle School began a Character Counts program. Each month, we focus on a quality of character valued in today's society. Beginning with Respect, the Stripes Team teachers selected 3 students from our team who best exemplify this quality. It was a very easy task since so many of our students demonstrate it daily. From that point on, students who are selected are given the task of identifying fellow students who also possess this quality.
